Kicking is a Good Thing!

Little kicks....How Amazing!

As Haylee grows, her kicks are getting stronger. I can feel her kicking daily, most of the time after I eat a meal....what can I say--the girl loves to eat!

I can't wait for Christian to feel her kicks too; each morning he loves to touch my belly and is so curious, waiting patiently for the chance to feel her kicks!

Everything is going great! I am feeling great and endulging my ever growing appetite!
This weekend we are picking out a pale yellow paint color for Haylee's nursery walls.

More to come....

It's a GIRL!

Christian and I are so excited to announce that we are having a little GIRL!
Haylee Elizabeth Jamerson is due to arrive on December 30th, 2008....

She looked very healthy on the ultrasound, even only weighing 12 ounces...

Hopefully she will have daddy's gorgeous blue eyes and mommy's long legs!

The Big Day!

Tomorrow is when Chris and I find out the gender of Baby Jamerson!
We are so excited to see if we will be blessed with a son or daughter....
Either way, we are just excited to see a healthy, happy baby on the ultrasound.
More news to come!

Nephew-sitting!

Tomorrow Uncle Chris and Aunt Kiki have the pleasure of watching little JP for a half day.

Chris and I just love spending time with him and can't wait to see what adventures tomorrow brings! (Maybe some soccer with Uncle Chris or making breakfast with Aunt Kiki...)

First Pregnancy Entry

Well, I did it...created my first blog for the growing Jamerson family!

Chris and I started week 19 of our pregnancy yesterday. Things are going well and my belly is getting bigger by the day. Next Tuesday, August 12th is when we find out if Baby J is a girl or boy! Either way Chris and I hope to see 10 toes, 10 fingers, healthy spine and heart on the ultrasound monitor!

Christian has been wonderful to me and I see him getting more excited day to day to become a father and meet his first child. (This includes moving his clothes from the nursery room closet into his office!--How generous!). I know having a boy would give him a buddy to pal around with, but on the other hand I know a daughter would have him wrapped around her finger in a heartbeat!

I have been feeling good, just haunted by heartburn! It is interesting to see my belly grow and maternity shopping--YUCK! I can't wait to get started on the nursery and to start buying gender-specific clothes, etc.

Our families have been super supportive and I am so excited for Baby J to meet Nana and Papa B and his 3 yr old nephew JP along with his/her's first trip to Fayetteville to meet the Jamerson side including Holden, his/her new nephew to be.

Love to all, more postings to come! -Kris
