Monday Morning 12/29

Haylee's 1st outing to visit Nana & Papa's house!
Uncle Chris & JP
For a 3 1/2 year old-his new cousin is not too exciting...
JP would rather tackle the dinosaur puzzle!

Our 1st pediatrician visit

Haylee was naked for 25 minutes--not even a peep!
She likes flirting with doctors already! :)

7 lb, 11 oz. She lost a little weight, but
everything at her visit looks great!

The Mommy Paparazzi strikes again!

Daddy & Haylee watched their 1st Razorback basketball game
together! (Well, Daddy watched while his little girl napped!)
GO HOGS!!!

Mommy showing off pictures of her new daughter!
(It is so hard being so ADORABLE!)

Bath Time!

How many people does it take to bath a newborn??
:)
SuSu, Christian and I all participated (well-mommy was
taking the pictures) in Haylee's 1st bath. She actually didn't fuss
too much and when her hair gets wet, it is curly but when it dries,
it dries straight! SO CUTE!

Misc. Pictures

Haylee in her Boppy Entertainment Gym
(Thanks Aunt Ericka--I love it!)
Chris, Papa, SuSu & Haylee on 12/26
We were so blessed to have the Jamerson's come visit!

Aunt Leanne gave her this adorable white feather headband!
She looked like a winter princess!

Mommy & Haylee leaving the hospital on Christmas Day

Proud Daddy & his winter princess!

This December 25th was extra special for Chris and me.
SANTA brought us the best gift possible...our daughter Haylee Elizabeth!
Who would have thought we would could love anthing more than her?

Special Visitors

Papa & Aunt Katie
Nana B & Haylee

Papa, SuSu & Haylee
Haylee had very special visitors after her birth. My parents (Papa & Nana)
and Christians parents (Papa & SuSu) are very excited grandparents and couldn't
keep their hands off of our new daughter...it was great! Susan & Bennie
travelled up from Fayetteville for a few days and were extremely helpful to Chris
and I with transitioning Haylee from hospital to home! Christians sister and BIL
(Aunt Leanne & Uncle Hunter) could not make her birth but we missed them dearly!
Hopefully Haylee will meet her newly born cousin Holden this coming January!

Haylee Elizabeth is Here!

Our 1st Family Photo!
Proud Daddy Christian and his baby girl!

Mommy and her Haylee

It's 1:24 pm and she is out!
On 12/23 Christian and I were blessed with our newborn girl
Haylee Elizabeth Jamerson!
She weighed 8 lbs, 2 oz was 20" long and is precious!
We went in at 1am for our scheduled induction and after at 1:24 pm & 1 hr, 10 min of pushing
our miracle finally arrived just in time for Christmas. She has LOTS of
beautiful brown hair, Christian's eyes and chin, and my lips!
We feel so much joy and can't believe that this gorgeous girl
belongs to us! Thanks to everyone for your inspiring good luck wishes!

Baby Haylee Update

Yesterday Christian and I found out that we are scheduled for an induction Monday night at 1am (technically early Tues) So, we finally get to meet our little daughter Tuesday 12/23 just in time for Christmas!
The doctor estimates her to be 7 1/2 to 8 lbs already so waiting until 12/30 could have really given us a huge baby! We got the last spot on the hospital schedule which was fantastic since our doctor is gone 12/24-29.
We will keep everyone posted on Haylee's arrival. If you are in our area, feel free to stop by MO Baptist Medical Center and meet our little one on Christmas Eve or swing by the house next weekend!
Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to everyone!

Our nephew Holden has arrived!

Our nephew Thomas Holden Deweese was born on December 5th.
He weighed 8 lbs, 12 oz and is absolutely perfect looking!
Christian and I are sad that we cannot travel to Fayetteville to meet him
since Haylee could make her arrival anyday in the next 3 weeks!
New parents Leanne and Hunter are doing great and are glowing ear to ear
over their new son! CONGRATULATIONS Holden from Aunt Kris & Uncle Christian!

Holden will be here soon!!!

Leanne is 2 centimeters dilated and is scheduled for a induction on Friday if Holden doesn't make his way out on his own before then...

Christian and I are VERY excited to see pictures of our new nephew this weekend and are sad that we cannot travel to Fayetteville to meet him. Hopefully Holden and Leanne can venture up to St. Louis after Haylee is born and the cousins can meet!

Lots of good luck wishes to Leanne & Hunter!

Quick maternity updates:
My sister-in-law Leanne is due Dec 7th with baby Holden and is 25% effaced; no progress yet from her last appointment last week--we were thinking he might be a November baby, but it looks like he has decided to stay in her belly another week. Chris and I are anxiously awaiting the birth of our new nephew!

Our good friends Melanie and Nathan surprised us with the wonderful news that they are expecting a baby GIRL next April 09! We couldn't be more thrilled for them and for Haylee to have a playmate so close in age next year!!!

I start week 35 tomorrow and our next doctors appt is Dec 3rd. Everything looks great! My measurements are right on, Haylee's heartbeat is going strong and her head is in the right position--down! Yea, no breech baby!

Hot Dot's 2008 Bridezilla Skit Party

Holly, Stef, Erin, Stacy & Me at our 3rd Annual
Hot Dot's Skit Party!
This years theme was "bridezilla" and we decided to
role play to the Dixie Chicks song White Trash Wedding.
Of course my preggers belly was used for a humorous labor & delivery scene
at the very end of our skit! The 5 of us are holding the extra long
umbilical cord, my $1 store baby, wearing our wedding tiaras and white
trash outfits! Enjoy!!!

Mom & Dad To Be!
The Ladies at Sheila's House
Stacy & Ben (Electrifying)

Kris & Holly (like my jack-o-lantern shirt?)

Halloween Night was a blast, even for an 8 month pregnant lady
like myself. We celebrated Holly's birthday at Sheila's house then headed
to the Gramophone to see Ten High at their CD release party! The night
was long, loud but tons of FUN!!!

Girls Lunch!

Mom, Lyn, Laura & I had lunch one at Imogene's Tea Room in Chesterfield. We had a good time catching up and examining my ever growing belly! Thanks girls for a wonderful tea lunch!

Early Halloween At Nana's House 10-22-08

Ella & JP with their flashlights!
Steph with her kitty cat & puppy (Ella & Gavin!)

Cousin Brian with the kiddos!

JP as Handy Manny!
Our 2nd Annual Halloween at Nana's house!
The kids dressed up, Papa had a pumpkin ready to be

surprises!

A Pumpkin Patch Sunday!!!

Rombach's Pumpkin Patch
Aunt Kiki and John Paul's special Sunday!
So many pumpkins---(Aunt Kiki do I have to take another picture?)
JP and Melanie's nephew Ryan
Whoa--a neat old tractor!
JP riding the tractor
Finding the perfect pumpkin!

John Paul Picking Out his blue car on the train
And off they go....
JP riding in the wagon
Look at me-I am a pro at sliding!
So many pumpkins to chose from...

Little JP and I had a super fun morning at Rombach's
pumpkin patch. I remember when dad used to take Katie and I
there! Unfortunately it is Rombach's last year of business....who knows why?
They had tons of kid friendly things to do and thousands of beautiful
orange pumpkins! JP and I tagged along with Melanie and her two
nephews and family too. It was a fun Sunday and I loved spending
time with little JP. He was great at the patch and was so excited to explore everything!
